For years, industry leaders like Amazon, Apple and Audi have integrated Yelp content into their products; and recently, we announced an integration which brought Yelp’s rich local business content to Uber’s users through the app’s Uber Explore feature.
Today, we’re excited to announce our latest integration with leading email marketing and automation platform Mailchimp, which makes it easier than ever for businesses to add content from their Yelp page, including reviews, photos and more, directly into their email marketing campaigns. We’ve also brought Yelp content and data into even more platforms, which are now using Yelp business information as a part of their core product experience across various industries, including auto, travel, real estate, and health.
Businesses Can Now Easily Incorporate Yelp Content into Mailchimp Campaigns
For many business owners, email is a primary marketing channel to attract and retain customers, and engaging content plays an important role in capturing the attention of those customers. For the first time, Mailchimp users with claimed Yelp Business Pages are able to seamlessly enhance their marketing emails with content from Yelp, including their Yelp rating, recent reviews, photos, and business details. By using the newly added Yelp content blocks in Mailchimp, businesses can easily highlight a favorite review touting a great customer experience, a photo from Yelp of a special dish or a recent home service job, or simply share their hours, location, and contact information. Businesses can now select and embed the best content from Yelp to tell their story directly from the Mailchimp platform. These new Yelp content blocks link back to the business’s Yelp page, making it easy for customers to click through to read more reviews, view more photos, and connect with the business via features like Request A Quote and Yelp Reservations.

Dozens of auto manufacturers, including Ford Motor Company, Audi, and many more, leverage Yelp Fusion Automotive to deliver the most flexible and scalable platform to modernize their infotainment and cockpit products. Consumers can find Yelp’s local business content, such as ratings and reviews, as a part of their infotainment system in more than half of new vehicles sold in the U.S. in the last two years.
Additionally, Yelp content is now along for the ride with road trippers. Travelers using Roadtrippers will see Yelp’s trusted content and data while planning their trips and throughout their road trip journey, helping them find unique local businesses and plan the best adventure possible.
Yelp Fusion is also helping potential homeowners learn more about their neighborhood. Through our integration with Realtor.com, prospective homeowners can discover great local businesses near the homes or neighborhoods they’re interested in, which can also be searched for by category using Realtor.com’s “Amenities” filter. Additionally, Yelp Fusion is bringing Yelp’s content to the healthcare industry by powering MetLife’s new “Find a Dentist” feature to make it easier for consumers to find great local dentists and make informed decisions about their health.*
