What does a Black creator league, a farmer’s tour coalition, and a safer public transportation experience all have in common? These are all ideas we heard through a volunteer opportunity with SeedSpot, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting all social entrepreneurs creating a product, service, or technology that improves lives or makes the world a better place.
For this event, YelpCares, our employee resource group focused on volunteering and community service, invited our employees to engage with aspiring SeedSpot entrepreneurs and give them high-level feedback to help them perfect their business pitches.
At Yelp, championing new entrepreneurs is very dear to our hearts. It was a great opportunity to give our employees face-to-face time with folks trying to make their business ideas come to life.
