Upon arrival, Yelpers were instantly greated with a glass of sparkling Lunetta Rose, and welcomed into the main dining area where multiple wine tasting stations were set up, featuring the eight other wines featured in the Generous Pour series (nine total). From Chateau Du Pin to Chenin Blanc, Elites tastes some of the finest wines from around the globe. Smell. Swirl. Sip. Repeat.
As guests got down the grape juice, Executive Chef Ricardo Vargas was on site, along with his talented team, offering an ornate spread of fine cheeses, scrumptious hors d'oeuvres and amazing fare. French onion soup, lobster and crab cakes, lobster sliders, crème brûlée … and one lucky yelper won dinner for two (ahem, Alicia F) in the biz card drawing. But everyone walked away with a gift bag filled with dessert truffels.
