Wien ist eine Stadt der Künstler – doch nicht nur in den großen Museen und Ausstellungshallen warten Meisterwerke, auch bei Yelps Malstunde im Made By You wurde das kreative Potential unserer Stadt wieder einmal deutlich.
Doch der Reihe nach: Zur Begrüßung wurde den an diesem Abend zahlreich eintrudelnden Yelpern ein Glas Sekt überreicht. Jedoch mussten die Yelper dieses Mal mehr leisten als trinken und plaudern: Nach ausführlicher Einführung von Besitzerin Miriam durfte man sich am üppigen Pinsel- und Farbenbuffet bedienen, um den kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Magneten zu bemalen.
Ab diesem Zeitpunkt wurde gemalt, gepinselt, ausradiert, wurden Schablonen angelegt und es wurde gefachsimpelt was das Zeug hält. Das Resultat hat dabei alle Erwartungen übertroffen, fast jedes der abgegebenen Stücke war ein kleines Meisterwerk. Über die kleinen Unfälle von Andreas "Ich hatte einen Vierer in Bildnerischer Erziehung" R wollen wir großzügig hinwegsehen.
Mut antrinken konnte man sich für die Malaufgaben am Wein- und Bierbuffet, das im Hinterzimmer eingerichtet wurde. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an dieser Stelle an das Made By You Team, wie man es bei so einem kleinen Kühlschrank schafft, alle Getränke kalt zu stellen, ist uns ein Rätsel.
An diesem Abend hat man wieder einmal gesehen, wieviel Leidenschaft und persönlicher Einsatz seitens der Besitzerin ausmachen kann. Der Enthusiasmus mit dem Miriam ihr kleines Wunderland führt ist derart ansteckend, dass man den Pinsel gar nicht hergeben möchte.

Hertha Maria T: "Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die Fachkenntnis der Inhaberin und der Mitarbeiterinnen sowie die Vielfalt der zur Verfügung stehenden Rohlinge und Materialien."
Verena W: "Seeeeeeeeehr geniales Elite Event!"
Corinna G: "Das war so schön! Ich möchte hier einziehen und kauf mir morgen den Kühlschrank zu meinem Magneten."
Katriina J: "Ich bin ja schon eine ganze Weile eine überzeugte MadeByYouianerin, aber dieses Mal hat alles zuvor übertrumpft."

Vienna is a city of artists – however, masterpieces are not only waiting in major museums and exhibition halls: Yelp’s painting lesson once again affirmed the creative potential of our city.
But first things first: at the beginning of the night the numerous Yelpers were received with glasses of champagne. Nevertheless, this time the Yelpers had to do more than just drink and chat. After an extensive introduction by the owner Miriam they were allowed to help themselves to the lush colors and brush-buffet and to paint the magnets that were provided for free.
From this point onwards the Yelpers painted, erased, applied templates and talked shop like crazy. The result surpassed all expectations and almost every magnet was a little masterpiece, if we generously ignore Andreas “I had a D in pictorial education” R.’s little accidents.
Those who were in need of some liquid courage could help themselves to the wine and beer-buffet, which was set up in the back room. At this point the team of Made By You deserves a big thank-you, since it is still a mystery to us how they managed to keep all the drinks cold with such a small refrigerator.
This evening once again impressively demonstrated that passion and personal commitment on the part of the owner can account for so much. The enthusiasm with which Miriam leads her little wonderland is so contagious that you do not want to give away your brush anymore.
