Someone’s in the kitchen with the yelpers, someone’s in the kitchen I know-ooo-ooo-ooo… Thursday eve found Calgary Elites and guests descending upon Gruman’s Catering and Delicatessen. According to Kaeleigh E, it's a "funky" space, "modern, yet cozy – and that's a hard balance to achieve.”
From gigantic baskets filled with homemade chips to open face ground chuck sliders, kitchen tours and demos on making applewood smoked cheddar potato knishes, guests enjoyed tasty treats down to the very last bite.
“And how neat was it that they took us through the kitchen?!” Why don’t you tell us, Emma G? “As someone who works in a kitchen, I was not only blown away by the size, but how clean and organized it was.”
No party is complete without some good libations. Jocelyn with Purple Valley Imports came bearing bottles of Phebus Malbec and Phebus Chardonnay, meanwhile, Kent V shouts “props for serving St Ambroise Oatmeal Stout!”
