This past September Yelpers in Maine got their sweat on at #YelpsFitClub. From getting more toned to just feeling a little less guilty for taking second servings, we explored new fitness options one event at a time so folks could find fun and different ways to get and stay healthy!
We started with a round of burpees and ended in savasana as our month included sweaty crossfit to 80’s music, an intense barre-meets-pilates-meets-cardio workout, Iyengar yoga focused on the geometry of our bodies, an empowering burlesque dance session, the basics of salsa and swing, instruction on proper weight lifting, an introduction to circus fundamentals, and a heated vinyasa class.
