Yelp’s Double Gold Dinner at Trio

Commitment. It's a big scary thing and it doesn't come easily to most people. But Double Gold Yelp Elites have been committed to making Yelp awesome for the better part of six years. So when Trio at the Four Seasons debuted their incredible three course prix fixe menu, our DGEs were the perfect guinea pigs. Like Geoff H says, "This was one of those rare evenings where everything comes together perfectly; the wine, the food, and the company."

First, the sommelier came out to discuss wines. He paired the dinner with a riesling and a tempranillo that were absolute crowd pleasers and were also seemingly bottomless. Mike L's glass was "magically refilled by just replying 'yes please.'" The menu included three perfectly prepared courses featuring fresh seasonal produce. 

Ryan S describes the gastronomic delight: We were
"guided through three subsequent levels of locavore debauchery by our chef (Grant) and sommelier (Mark), with some handholding by the lovely Kerri, nearly all of one's possible palate preferences were pleased.  Quail, gazpacho, ceviche, steak, pork chop, s'more, and cobbler all paraded by and passed between us, shared and savored."

It was an incredible evening with delightful people and hosts. The three course dinner was impeccably done and paired – no surprise coming from Trio. 

Jessica S puts it best: "I love to be made to feel special. I always feel that way at Four Seasons. And I feel special at Trio. And Yelp always makes me feel special. But a Yelp Super Duper Double Gold Elite dinner at Trio in the Four Seasons made me feel extra-wonderful special.
