This behind-the-scenes tour was led by one of the breweries founders Nathan, who walked us through the magic behind Indeed's flagship brews Midnight Ryder American Black Ale and Daytripper Pale Ale. Though the brewery has only been in production since August, both ales been making waves both in the local community and the national beer scene.
Nathan gave us some insight on their future plans for the space, as well as some of the history behind the things inside. For example, Teddy Roosevelt's signature is etched one of the tables in the tap room!
We also got an exciting preview of seasonal beers to come, including collaborations with other Twin Cities businesses. On the docket? A chipotle smoked porter with Northbound Smokehouse and an espresso-lover's beer with Dogwood Coffee! And this Wednesday marks the release of Stir Crazy Ale, a winter warmer made with raisins and brown sugar…
A big thanks to our hosts at Indeed for a wonderful evening—and to everyone who attended! If you were there, feel free to review the event on the special listing (remember to save your actual review of the brewery for a more typical customer experience). If you're wondering how to snag an invitation to the next Elite event, find out more here!
Until next time,
