Yelpers get groovy at Yelp’s Disco Night at the Diamond Bar Center

Over 450 Yelpers, 42 vendors, and countless shimmering disco balls brought the grooviest night at the Diamond Bar Center for Yelp’s Disco Night. In partnership with the City of Diamond Bar and the Regional Chamber of Commerce-SGV, Yelp celebrated the start of Diamond Bar Restaurant Week, a dining event aimed at supporting local businesses and highlighting the diverse and plentiful restaurants in the area.

From delicious Thai food, savoy pizzas, and hot sauce tastings, to sweet granola, fresh baked goods. Quench your thirst with tasty beverages of collagen jelly, carbonation, and refreshing tea or opt-in for the pours of hard seltzers, gin, tequila, vodka, premium cocktails, and even sake bombs. This tasting event had something for everyone. See all the vendors below!

There are way too many vendors to give shout outs too, but everyone showed so much passion for their businesses and it showed in the showcasing of their food and products.

To keep the party going, a multicolored dance floor from BeDazzle My Events and large marquee letters from Mr. and Mrs. Props lit the ballroom. Fred Astaire Dance Studio got everyone in the groove while F45 Training Diamond Bar made sure you got those squats in. Try your luck solving the mini-escape room with Escape Duck Escape Room or take a break lounging in Picnic Heroes display. As a keepsake to remember the night, Yelpers created mini bouquets with Little Rosie Flower Truck, got their caricatures drawn from the talented Jam Haven and collected photos and 360 videos from Propzilla Photo Booth and Stay Golden 360 Photo Booth.  

They went all out with sips, bites, and experiences to make the whole thing an evening worthy to write home about. My friend and I made it to nearly every booth, and I did everything from squat reps (F45) to Hustle (Fred Astaire studio).

Lastly, $4,000 of funds were raised to Generation Her, a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to empower and support teenage mothers and their children in Southern California by connecting them to a supportive community of other teen mothers and adult mentors, equipping them with desired life skills, and, ultimately, impacting their future in a positive way.  

You can always count on Yelp to throw some of the grooviest parties, and Yelp’s Disco night was no different!
