Yelp Phoenix Elite Event: FALLing in Love with Nico Heirloom Kitchen

On Tuesday, October 9th, Elites from across the Valley partook in a night full of delicious food and fun at Nico Heirloom Kitchen in Downtown Gilbert. As the sun was setting, the sky was golden, and the air was particularly crisp for early October in Arizona, making for a perfect night to sit outside on their patio. As guests began to file in, they were greeted by Nico’s beautifully decorated restaurant, equipped with dim string lights and blue patterned walls, cozy booths, and more. With open seating on the patio, attendees were able to congregate there in the comfy surroundings while sipping on a craft cocktail from the restaurant’s phenomenal bar.

Each guest was given a special menu where they were able to choose from a signature cocktail or wine, entree, and dessert. Appetizers were chosen by Nico’s culinary team and served family style. To start, they shared plates of homemade meatballs, Prosciutto Bruschetta, Artichoke Fritte, and Burrata. While bonding over their food and enjoying their drinks, Elites heard from the owner himself, Brad Kircher. He told them all  about the restaurant’s concept and upbringing. Next, participants were able to choose from Salmon, Homemade Rigatoni with Pork Ragu, Butternut Squash Risotto, or their famous Short Ribs for dinner. The Short Ribs and Rigatoni definitely proving to be the most popular. As they finished their entrees, Elites grew more and more excited for their desserts. They chose from Salted Butterscotch Budino, Classic Tiramisu, or Affogato. The Butterscotch Budino was hands-down the winner amongst guests.

As guests were preparing to leave with full tummies and happy hearts, The Nico team also provided each guest with a bag of their fresh, homemade pasta and a gift card to come back for more. It doesn’t get much better than that!
