Orlando Elites were spoiled last night at Mi Casa Tequila Taqueria located inside the grandeous Rosen Shingle Creek. Chef Cameron Hastellero and his astounding staff created a special evening that we were blown away with.
“Wow!! This was my first Elite Event and it sure did not disappoint. From the moment my husband and I walked through the door, we were treated to warm and friendly service and a wide variety of delicious and fresh Mexican cuisine.” – Erin N.
Two guacamole making stations, endless buffet of noms from appetizers to entrees to desserts lined the room and the servers were extremely interactive and knowledgeable. The Yelpers were all buzzing about the generosity of everyone involved. The drinks were a whole other story. We enjoyed three complimentary bevvies: watermelon margarita’s, Mexican beer and house-made red sangria. However, if those didn’t wet your pallet, you could order anything from the bar. Some Yelpers splurged for the El Jefe Margaritas which made for FABulous photo opportunities!
“Never ending glasses of watermelon margaritas, Mexican beer, and red sangria, Tastefully presented generous portions of fresh guacamole made to order, cheese gorditas, fish and beef tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, shrimp with rice, Queso with chorizo, tortilla soup with fixings, chicken fajita salad, dessert buffet including flan, Mexican wedding cookies, and churros….you get the point….we are squealing with delight and in awe of the generosity…” – Rashmi P.
The Bokeh Studio was on site to make sure we captured all the memories on film! We also played a community game to get introduced to other Yelpers & for a chance to win either a Yelp T-Shirt or a “Fast Pass” T-Shirt to this Friday’s City Skip Day in Downtown Orlando.
“This Elite event had us mixing, mingling and sampling delicious menu items ranging from table side made guacamole, fried cheese gorditas, fish tacos, beef fajita quesadilla, enchiladas, chilaquiles, tostadas and more. Drinks flowed, from the butlered watermelon margaritas and red wine sangrias to the hand crafted tequila drinks at the bar. Mexican wedding cookies, flan, churros and more tempted us for dessert. The cheerful staff was ever present clearing tables, taking orders and bringing goodies around. We were spoiled!” – Lisa W.
A huge thanks to Rosen Shingle Creek and Mi Casa Tequila Taqueria for hosting us and delivering over-the-top customer service and deliciousness. Also to the entire Elite Squad for continuously rockin’ it out and to The Bokeh Studio who snapped the night away.
