With Spring officially here, many are eager to head out for a much-needed change in scenery and relax with friends and family. To celebrate the start of the spring season, we’ve rounded up the top spring break travel destinations to shake off the winter blues.
To rank the top spring break destinations, our Data Science team looked at consumer interest in the hotel and travel categories to determine cities which saw the highest growth among the ones that received higher activity levels than the national average during the traditional Spring Break travel period (March 2021 vs March 2020). To identify the must-book things to do, we looked at search interest in outdoor activities.
Located between Sarasota and Tampa, spring breakers in Bradenton are searching Yelp for places to wakeboard, wind surf and of course, golf. If you’re new to the green, don’t you worry.
