On Thursday, 35 Long Island Elites gathered at Jackson's Restaurant for a night of trivia and a 4-course menu tasting. Each course was carefully paired with a craft brew, which helped bring out the flavors in the respective dishes. The menu of moist crab cakes, flaky mushroom tarts, burnt sprouts with apple coder vinegar and a chocolate peanut butter apple crisp batting cleanup was beyond delicious. Beyond the eats, Elites broke into teams and tested their knowledge of all things useless in a game of group trivia. Battles were waged and one team emerged victorious.
