On May 13, Yelp Indy Elites got a behind-the-scenes look at City Barbeque. Yelpers sampled pulled pork, coleslaw, green beans, brisket, ribs, baked beans, potato salad, and peached cobbler with homemade whipped cream. Head pitmaster and founder, Rick Mailer, shared the company story and offered demonstrations of how they prep and cut their savory meats. Guests had the opportunity to make their own rub concoction and left with a saucy new Yelp apron and BBQ sauce from City Barbeque. Read all of the raving reviews here.
