Yelp fête le printemps chez Wild & the Moon

Le lundi 4 avril, alors que le doux soleil d’avril se couche lentement… Une cinquantaine de Yelpeurs Elites arrivent au n° 55 de la rue Charlot, pour célébrer le début du printemps dans cette nouvelle adresse végétale : Wild & The Moon.

Un moment privilégié, particulièrement chaleureux, rendu possible grâce à Emma, la fondatrice, et toute son équipe, aussi adorables que passionnés.

Un florilège de dégustations de vegan food, 100% bio et sans gluten : avo’toast, hoummous de betterave, crackers maison, muffins salés aux légumes, chips de kale, curry légumes / millet, jus frais pressés, nut milks, et même une mousse choco !

La décoration de cet écrin vert est particulièrement réussie, soignée, et on s’y sent vite très bien. Ca papote autour du water bar, on échange installés sous la verrière qui abrite des dizaines de plantes suspendues, on se donne des recettes végétales en sirotant une aqua fresca…

La soirée passe à une vitesse folle, et alors qu’il est déjà temps de rentrer, chacun repart avec un petit jus, et surtout une vision un peu différente de la vegan food.

On Monday, 4th of April, while the soft sun lies down slowly… About fifty Elite Yelpers arrive Rue Charlot to celebrate the early spring in this new vegan place : Wild & The Moon.

A privileged, particularly welcoming moment, thanks to Emma, the founder, and all her team, who were as adorable as passionate.

A bunch of various vegan food degustation started : 100 % organic, without gluten: avo’ toast, beetroot hummus , homemade crackers, salted muffin, kale chips, vegan curry, pressed juices, nut milks, and even a chocolate mousse !

The decoration of this green restaurant is fantastic and everyone felt immediately super comfy there. The discussions started around the water bar, some Yelpers were sitting under the glass roof with its  dozens of suspended plants, while sipping an aqua fresca some others started a chat about vegan recipes …

This Spring Vegan Party was awesome, and though it was already the time to go back home, each Yelpers left with a small fresh juice, and an entirely new vision of the vegan food.
