Yelp Elites Bring Their GT”A-game” To Lucky Strike Lanes

Daft Punk isn't the only one who's helpin' people "Get Lucky." When it comes to over the top, crazy good times, members of the Yelp GTA Elite squad have the privilege month over month of partaking in strike-ing good times and last week was no different. As a crowd of costume and jersey clad Elites congregated at Lucky Strike Lanes in Vaughan last Wednesday evening they brought out their GT"A-game" and decided to Keep Calm and Game The Yelp On.

Level 1 (Consume Mass Libations) – Lucky Strike spare'd no glass as they marched in tray after tray of cocktails with creative names like Big Mel and Go Home Adam. New friend to the GTA, Tito's Handmade Vodka provided the kick for these suburban sippys, and while this tasteless handcrafted spirit had elites wondering if the cocktails were virgin or not, a boozy glass (or three) later confirmed for many that this stuff was the real deal! Not to be forgotten was long time GTA pilsner-pal Steam Whistle, who once again brought the flavour with a keg of their amazing ale! Even Roma M was impressed with "Andrew from Steam Whistle who provided an excellent background about their
sustainability initiatives – so much so that I had to read up a little
more about their practices." She concludes with a 'did you know' that "Steam Whistle is made with just four ingredients – 3 of which are local (the hops are sourced from Germany)." Now we know… and knowing is half the battle!

Level 2 (Consume Mass Quantities) – If the endless flow of libations wasn't enough, Elites were bowled over with the delectable bites provided by Lucky Strike for them to nosh on whislt they pooled, bowled, Wii'd and Gamed the night away. Not quite sure what to eat first GTA O.E.Y (Original Elite Yelper) Sami E made sure to try the "pizza, Chicken tenders, DIY sliders and french fries" amongst other savoury bites before declaring this event had "a winning formula" for good times! Aw, Thanks Bro!

Level 3 (Game The YELP On Sucka!) – While the food and drink were tops the real star of the evening was the venue and the staff of Lucky Strike Lanes. Offering a bounty of activities, custom Lucky Strike schwag and prizes for best bowling score of the night and best dressed, Elites were giving praise in all their reviews! Justin G proved his prowess in the lanes and took home the top prize, while Elite event first timer Ankita D and her +1 took home the best dressed for their Pacman costume! Congrats to you both!!
