It’s safe to say Eddie V’s Prime Seafood was a night to remember, and the Yelp Elites can testify to that! The Yelpers felt like VIP’s where they were dressed to the nines and treated like royalty from the staff. Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is a restaurant that serves some of the finest seafood and steaks, like their fresh Pacific Ahi Tuna and their mouthwatering 22 oz Prime Bone-In Ribeye along with incredible drinks like the Gatsby Sour and 24 Karat. The restaurant has a timeless, charming aura leaving everyone convinced they were on Cloud 9.
The night started with Rose 75- Eddie V’s twist of the classic French 75, an absolute hit and crowd winner! Citrus Pearl Oysters were served to the guests and they were then sent in groups to the oyster bar where they got to meet and talk to the chef about the origins of the recipes and and see him hard at work creating incredible dishes. Tender Lollipop Lamb Chops glazed in Balsamic Fig Glaze and Lump Crab Cakes were served after everyone got back to their seats with a glass of the best wines Eddie V’s had to offer. The crab cakes were tiny but mighty in flavor and had everyone “oohing” and “ahhing” over its flavor! The staff was always coming around to check on the Yelpers with the brightest smiles and always had a great story to tell about the food and drinks.
Crab Fried Rice with Macaroni and Scallions came around and were the perfect balance of light, yet tasty. Following the Crab Fried Rice, came the appetizing Truffled Macaroni and Cheese. Afterwards, a Wonton with a Blackened Shrimp and guacamole was next on the agenda and did not disappoint in the slightest. Then, juicy, Mini Filet Sandwiches with a creamy, Blue Cheese sauce were served as the final entree of the evening.
Eddie V’s saved the best for last with the incredible Starstruck Martini and Mini “Hot Banana Foster” Cakes. The delicious Mini “Hot Banana Foster” Cakes were fluffy and light, topped with a sweet scoop of vanilla ice cream. Everyone was sent home with the sweetest little box filled with handmade truffles from the restaurant.
