Yelp DC Elites jump started their weekend with an all-out pajama party at Ripple!
Chef Marjorie Meek-Bradley and the team at Ripple graciously provided an enticing breakfast spread featuring a DIY mimosa bar, build your own pancake station, and fresh breakfast pastries. "All of the pastries that were available were top notch!" reports Michael G. "I loved how
congealed the cinnamon was in Ripple's cinnamon roles – it was like a
little piece of candy inside each bite."
Risque board games and a Yelp relaxation station sponsored by Manicures-N-Motion were also on the agenda for the day. "Let me tell you, if someone told me just how awesome it would be to have
someone massage my fingers, I would have thought they were crazy. My arms were so relaxed they could barely hold my
mimosa!" confesses Deb G.
At the end of the night we were able to collect enough money to
provide thirty three families with a Thanksgiving turkey dinner via our
charity partner DC Central Kitchen. Check out all the reviews here, along with the photos from the event, care of our fab photog Antonio Guerrero.
