Per gli Elite di Yelp Roma è una nuova stagione e con la nuova stagione è tempo di scoprire posti nuovi. E quale miglior occasione di un evento Elite per ritrovarsi tutti insieme dopo la pausa estiva? E il locale nuovo da scoprire è stato il nuovissimo Officine Beat. "Quest'evento aveva dentro di sé un concetto di "nuovo e non solo" che a
Roma diventa sempre più importante, nelle indecisioni delle sere o nei
momenti in cui vuoi sorprendere gli amici e puoi dire 'Adesso ti porto
io in un bel posto', e ieri Yelp mi ha spiegato questo", racconta soddisfatta Fiorella P.
"Lo staff del locale è stato davvero gentile e disponibilissimo e il
fatto che abbiano utilizzato tutti materiali di recupero e che Officine
Beat sia davvero una realtà alternativa all'interno di San Lorenzo può
solo che far loro onore", continua Violetta G.
La regina della serata non poteva che essere la birra, in particolare quella artigianale. Dopo un antipasto di verza ripassata in padella con uvetta e assaggi di un delizioso tortino di zucchine e patate con fonduta, è stata la volta dell'abbinamento della birra Grunge con le mezze maniche alla carbonara con pancetta affumicata, e poi delle scaloppine di vitella in salsa di birra con patate sautè con una birra Augustiner. "Un'ovazione però merita sicuramente il Birramisú: delizioso!". Per concludere gli shottini di cocktail, rigorosamente nei bicchieri targati Yelp!
Insomma, per dirla con Fabrizio F: "l'atmosfera del locale ci ha inebriato, tra profumo di pelle, legno,
birra e cibo (notevole) e i tanti nuovi volti insieme ai cari volti di
sempre hanno creato una combinazione di gioia, piacere, curiosità e
passione". Insomma Yelp è "una comunità di persone che hanno voglia di stare insieme, raccontarsi,
sorrisi aperti, sguardi di ispezione, racconti delle vacanze trascorse,
appuntamento al prossimo evento, appuntamento al prossimo giro di
valzer, tanto la testa alla fine un po' ti gira sempre! E ci piace!", è sempre Fiorella che lo racconta bene.

For Yelp Roma Elites a new season means discovering new places. What is better than an Elite Event to meet up after the summer? The new spot to discover is the brand new Officine Beat. "If you have to decide where to go in the evening or to surprise your friends saying "Ok, now I'll bring you to a cool place", you can come here. Yesterday Yelp helped me to discover what's new in town", says Fiorella P with entusiasm.
"The staff was super kind and friendly and the fact that they used recyclable materials to furnish this place let become Officine Beat a new alternative in San Lorenzo", continues Violetta G.
The queen of the night was the craft beer. An appetizer of savoy cabbage with raisin and a savoury pie with zucchini and potatoes with fondue followed by carbonara in combination with Grunge beer, then veal cutlet with beer sauce with potatoes in combination with Augustiner beer. A standing ovation for the "birramisù" (a tiramisù with birra instead of coffee). To finish: cocktail shots in the shot glasses of Yelp!
Fabrizio F says it all: "the atmosphere of the venue inebriates us, with leather, wood, beer and good food and a lot of new faces together with the old ones created a combination of joy, curiosity and passion Yelp".
