Yelp Baltimore laid on the lovin' something thick this Valentine's Day with a special elite event full of wining, dining, and pampering by some of the best hands in Baltimore.
"The staff of the Four Seasons was so friendly and welcoming," says Rebecca G. "We all felt like we belonged, not that we were guests at an event, and that created such a comfortable atmosphere! We may be back soon for a stay-cation!"
The newest hotel in Harbor East offered each elite one sample complimentary spa service (a mini massage, mini manicure, or mini facial), while lite bites from Four Season's Wit & Wisdom, smooth sips, soothing music, and live painting (from Yelp Baltimore Intern and talented artist April S.) kept the calm and relaxation flowing in our "Sweet Surprises" tranquil room. The room also catered to those with an affection for confections thanks to Best of Luck's candy spread, which Julia R couldn't help but gush about: "I loved trying some of those treats. The sleeper hit were those little hearts – the chewy ones. So yummy."
Phil B's own heart turned to mush the second he stepped into the spa: "The massage from Diane was really relaxing. I picked up a book with services right afterwards, and I am already planning a return visit."
"The pampering continued with hair and make-up and the opportunity for head shots by Laura Renée Photography," raves Mary M, who thoroughly enjoyed both her shoot and her "2-minute mini-makeover" courtesy of DK Salon stylists, who Katrina W says "were very talented and made everyone oh so glamourous for the evening." (We caught her hubby blushing after beholding his bride's beautiful new look! Love was definitely in the air!)
If that weren't enough, "we also had stunning jewelry to look at from Radcliffe Jewelers," says Michelle H. "My husband even found a watch that caught his eye. As it turns out, it runs about $13,500 (d'oh!)." Radcliffe didn't let folks go home empty-handed, though. In addition to allowing elites to try on the sparkles on display, Radcliffe and the Four Seasons' Spa sent elites home with two gift bags a piece! Not too shabby!
Until next time!
