Yelp的2016年度美國頭100位美食排行榜：你絕對會患上食品昏迷症！

食嘢，是簡單的享受，同時不會受到文化或者語言所限制。食物本身的魔力足以令不同人聚埋一齊，向著共同的目標進發，就是要將好食的都通通食晒！

我哋都知道，數以百萬計，來自超過30個國家及地區的人都有用Yelp搜尋及分享所有關於餐廳、食品、小食、等等的光顧體驗。當然除咗吃之外，仲有好多其它的本地服務或者商品… 但係今日我哋想專注講食。

Yelp的2016年美國頭100位美食排行榜是為了表揚在Yelp社群內有高評分及評價，”一生中一定要試一次”的餐廳而設的。只要是Yelp社群的推介，不論是高級還是平民、新開還是有名的歷史店、台菜還是港式茶餐廳、都有可能會在排行榜上出現。

上方：第一位位於加州Burbank市的Porto’s Bakery的一系列甜點。左下方：第三位位於西雅圖市的Paseo的三文治；下方中間：第二位是位於加州柏克來市的Chesse Board Pizza；右下方：第十五位位於夏威夷Da Poke Shack的魚生飯。美食加美景，絕對的享受！

所以大家，記得收藏這個列表，作為你的2016年美食指南。即使你未可以在12月31日之前完成所有目標，大部份商店的質素應該都唔會在一夜間就大幅下降，因為Yelp社群首選推薦的商店就是信心的保證。

如果有興趣，就一齊了解一下Yelp的數據科技團隊如何把數以百萬計的數據點整理結合，做成排行榜。
方法：
為了要整合出2016年度Yelp的最佳食店推介，我們整理了大量在Yelp上長期熱門及有質素評語內容的商店。我們在商店與商店之間進行了對比，當中有比較它們的評分及評語，去了解商店的質素及人氣程度。為了令排行榜更本地，我們在整理過程當中只有採用個人檔案上的首選地點與商店地點相同的評語。入選的商店必定要是餐廳或者是提供食品的地方。當然，商戶都是遵守Yelp的服務條款及內容指引的商戶。如果商戶有分店同時上榜，我們會在排行榜上列出評分最高的分店，而把其餘的分店展列在備註部份。與2015年度的排行榜唔同，我們除了整合餐廳近年的表現，更把整合年期大大推前到2004年，Yelp成立的年份。咁樣，排行榜的內容就會更加完整，新的舊的通通都有可能在排行榜，等你唔會錯過好食嘅！有被標記為最熱最新的商店是人氣的新店，新店是指商店在Yelp上少於兩年的時間，並首次出現在排行榜上。
