Soju think you can Yelp? Well, you've got nothing on the collar-poppin', coordinated-outfit wearing, kimchi-craving Vegas Elites. With songs in their hearts and non-stop K-pop idols on the screens, Yelpers filled the glowing tabletops of 21 Restaurant & Lounge for an evening of traditional Korean fare and sojo that flowed like the locks of Girls' Generation.
The evening started with a little "pop" quiz to get guests mingling and to earn a treat bag stacked with Elite socks and a bevvy of Korean snacks, but the real treats were served up by 21 Restaurant & Lounge and Kai Spirits. The menu included Sweet Spicy Boneless Chicken, Mayo Shrimp, Bulgogi (Beef), Omelet Rice, Kimchi Fried Rice and Pork Cutlet washed down with a selection of cocktail soju and specialty Korean drinks that are regulary featured at the bar.
Elites enjoyed extra-special, refreshing sips from Kai Spirits including their Lemongrass Ginger Soju and Coconut Soju. The spirit is distilled from rice, 100% gluten-free and available at Total Wine &
Spirits, Lee’s Discount Liquor, Diamond Liquor,
Jones Liquor and Top Shelf.
April S sums it up the best, "I had giant screens blasting Girls' Generation to my right, the smell of kimchi to my left and a shot of soju in my hand. I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect." Read all of the delicious details here. A special thanks to Taylored Photo Memories for capturing the evening on film. You can see the pictures here. Tune in for more adventures on Twitter and Facebook!
