In an unassuming strip mall near downtown Raleigh, the newly opened Chuan Cafe is serving up Szechuan cuisine favorites. They are bringing the heat and Yelpers loved digging in to their authentic dishes. Elites were able to experience multiple dishes at this true hidden gem. The favorites of the night included the chili wontons, farmer’s chilli chicken, jelly noodles (check out the photo below), and the surprise hit— dry fried string beans. Seriously, everyone was shocked a green vegetable could taste that good! Carnivores and vegetarians alike left this event happy and full!
Elites were already planning their return visits before the evening was over. Take a look at all the beautiful dishes and read what Elites had to say about their evening here.
