From the Pacific to the Atlantic and everywhere in between, we’ve searched out the top 50 whiskey bars in the U.S. according to Yelp data and compiled them into a handy collection for your sipping pleasure.

Methodology: This is a list of the best whiskey bars in the U.S. according to Yelp. We identified businesses in the bars category with a large concentration of reviews mentioning “whiskey,” then ranked those spots using a number of factors including the total volume and ratings of reviews mentioning “whiskey.” We included only two businesses per state for geographic diversity.
