Apples – a simple, yet widely beloved fruit. Whether you’re looking to bake a pie or simply looking for a nutritious snack at your next meal, apples are always an easy and versatile treat. From McIntosh to Granny Smith, there are over 2,500 varieties of apples grown in Canada and the United States. With the summer months becoming a memory and fall on the horizon, heading to your local orchard to pick your own (PYO) apples is a wonderful way to welcome the fall season and support local orchards in your area. Not sure where to go? We looked at Yelp data and as a result, here are the top 25 apple picking spots in Canada and the US according to Yelp:
