Calling all herbivores, here’s a list you can delight in! We’ve compiled the top vegetarian spot in every state. These spots go way beyond salad— from local favorites to restaurants and cafes that are worth the road trip, you’re sure to find something that delights!

Methodology: This is a list of the best vegetarian spots in every state according to Yelp. We identified businesses in the vegetarian category, then ranked those spots using a number of factors including the total volume and ratings of reviews. If a chain appeared on the list more than once, we only included the highest rated location. North Dakota only had vegetarian friendly spots and not necessarily a full vegetarian menu. All businesses on this list were marked as open as of October 2, 2020. When available, all businesses on this list have a passing health score as of October 2, 2020.
