As far as we’re concerned, there’s never a wrong day to celebrate doughnuts. We’ve rounded up the top rated doughnut shops in every state. Though many states are currently in their reopening phases or still sheltering in place, the below shops are all either open or offering delivery or takeout as of June 1, 2020. In fact, we’ve seen a spike in interest in doughnuts and sweets in the last several months, specifically the search term “doughnut delivery.” 

This year’s list has everything from shops offering decorate-at-home doughnut kits (Mahalo’s Coffee, Mini Donuts and Catering, Iowa) and drive-thru service (Mark’s DO-Nut Shop, Arkansas) to enticing discount offers on their delicious treats (Jason’s Donuts, Alaska). We’re inspired by small businesses like Granny’s Gourmet Donuts in Montana, which donated food to healthcare workers during COVID-19, and have found that the doughnut letters from shops like Sarah Donuts in Georgia offer the perfect photo-worthy sweet for a socially distanced celebration. 

From gourmet flavors like Banana Cream Pie (Donut Boy, Utah) and Blueberry Lemon Basil (Knead Doughnuts, Rhode Island), to the classic glaze, this comprehensive list gives everyone a reason to celebrate.
