What a way to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon! Yelp’s best & brightest gathered at Brasserie Bread’s beautiful Banksmeadow café for a masterclass on fermentation, cultures and sensory analysis from some of the best in the biz – master baker Matt from Brasserie Bread, Tom from The Red Cow Swiss cheeses, and James from the Hunter Valley’s Oakvale Wines. Guests supped on delicious artisanal food and wine – including a memorable raclette station – as well as gold medal-winning apfelwein cider from family-owned Ciderhaus.
