On Tuesday 30 August, the Yelp Adelaide Elite were invited to The Highway to be the first to try their Spring Menu. This hotel is one of a kind, with truely talented and experimental chefs, you will find à la carte to the comfortable pub meal here. This hotel is aimed to please anyone who walks through it’s doors.
It’s almost Spring, it feels like years since it’s been here. But, don’t worry little Adelaide, here comes in the sun. We were all ready to get a taste of spring and the Highway Inn delivered sunshine on a plate. What better to put smiles on our faces.
True talent in the kitchen, the Chef’s showcased four courses. Each using fresh and skillfully chosen ingredients to really suit the warm weather palate.
