Speed Friending @ Inkanto Peruvian Cuisine

What do you get when you get a bunch of Elites together (veteran and new), for some tasty bites and delicious libations with a dash of musical chairs? Speed Friending!
Last week, Elites met up at Inkanto Peruvian Cuisine to try one of the Top 100 Places To Eat In The US and to make new friends.
Guests took their seats and became quick friends with their table mates over authentic Peruvian dishes. The menu included: Bandeja de Ceviches which consisted of Tradicional, Amarillo, Rocoto and Botijero (Al Olivo). Plus, Choros A La Chalaca, Peruvian style mussels with diced onions and cilantro, Tostones with Octopus, fried plantain and grilled octopus and Acevichado Roll, a sushi roll with tuna, panko shrimp, avocado and acevichado sauce. 
As everyone’s belly filled up, so did their friends list on Yelp! With each course that came out, Elites moved to new tables, meeting a whole new group of friends. The next set of dishes included: Aji De Gallina, shredded chicken in a Peruvian yellow pepper sauce served with egg, botija olive and white rice; Tallarin Amarillo con Mahi  and Lomo Saltado, stir fried beef tenderloin with onion, tomatoes, cilantro and oriental spices served with white rice and french fries.
