Large glass doors allowed guests to peer into the large kitchen and watch chefs at work. LB Steak provided delectable bites including beef tater tots, seared filet with truffled aioli, pork belly with leek pancakes, crab and potato brandade, and spring garlic and brie bouchee.
To satisfy sweet tooths, Willet's Mini Creations provided delightful samples of Craveez, a marriage of cake and frosting, spun
