This past Wednesday, Eat Seattle and SieMatic Seattle partnered up to deliver a true culinary experience for 24 Elite Squad members. Yelpers gained insight in the art and science of mixology as they crafted cocktails—either a gin lavender sour or old fashioned—with great precision. They also observed a cooking demo to learn about the meal they would later enjoy that evening, a mozzarella and cherry stuffed pork loin atop a bed of fresh, local greens. As the Eat Seattle team showcased their cooking demo and mixology class, they leveraged SieMatic Seattle’s dream kitchen space with sleek, modern appliances and tableware.
