On Thursday, February 4th, Phoenix Elites were treated to a decadent 5-Course Seafood & Wine pairing menu at Bluewater Grill-Phoenix. It is safe to say that all expectations were surpassed. Elites were greeted with a cocktail and then indulged in some of the freshest seafood in the Valley. Some highlights from the delicious 5-Course menu include: New England Clam Chowder, Butternut Squash and Curry Brulee Scallops over Celery Root Puree, Charred Chula Tuna with Brown Butter Brussels’ and Golden Heirloom Tomatoes, Raspberry Sorbet with Caramel Dust, Roasted Barramundi with Poblano Mango Chutney, Arugula Chiffonade, and Pesto, Chula Swordfish with Shiitake Mushroom, Sweet Peppers, and Pineapple Teriyaki Drizzle, Black Cherry Maple Creme Brulee, and last but certainly not least, Razzcranberry Pecan Bread Pudding with Smokey Whiskey Sauce.
