On Tuesday September 17th, Ahipoki Bowl and CHAR’D Brisket Dogs + Burgers hosted a tasty Surf & Turf event for Valley Elites. Each concept is completely different than the other which made for a unique, well-rounded event. At Ahipoki Bowl, Elites were invited to build-their-own two scoop bowl. This was a huge hit because everyone got to customize their meal with all of their favorite ingredients including a variety of fresh seafood selections from tuna, shrimp, scallops, salmon, octopus, and more, topped with sliced cucumbers, spicy jalapeños, pickled radish, avocado, edamame, and ginger, to name a few. All of these healthy ingredients paired perfectly with rice, noodles, or lettuce, and various homemade sauces to complete the bowl. The best part, Ahipoki Bowl is now carrying a Vegan Ahimi, which is a plant based tuna alternative; They really do offer something for everyone!
When Elites entered CHAR’D, they were greeted with smiles and introduced to new items on the menu. They sampled the Kagogi and Middle Feast brisket dogs, as well as a piping hot batch of their homemade fries! The Kagogi had hot and fresh beef bulgogi, kimchi kraut, green onions, gochujang mayo, and was sprinkled with sesame seeds. The Middle Feast dog was topped with flavorful curry hummus, tomatoes, onions, perfectly shaved cucumbers, and some yummy tzatziki. These are not your average dogs!
Elites walked away from these two savory restaurants with full tummies, happy hearts, and bounce backs to come again!
