The Body Lab and Flower Child joined forces on Sunday, July 16th to offer Elites the ultimate Sunday Recharge! Elites were treated to an upbeat, challenging Pilates class followed by a healthy 5-course meal.
Elites arrived at The Body Lab and checked in on their Yelp app to receive a Yelp tote. Next, they ventured inside to check in and get ready for their class at The Body Lab. The Body Lab is home to one of the hottest and most effective total body workouts, the Lagree Fitness Training Method. The upbeat music paired with our great instructor, Kiki, made for a 5-star workout experience. Everyone loved the intensity and could “feel the shake” after their workout!
After class, members of the Flower Child team greeted Elites with refreshing cups of locally brewed Kombucha and escorted them just a few doors down to Flower Child, where a healthy 5-course meal was waiting for them. On each chair, there were gift bags that included a canvas tote, a tank top (perfect for our next class at The Body Lab), and a certificate for a free lemonade.
First, Elites were served avocado hummus with pita bread and crisp veggies. The second course consisted of a Vietnamese crunch salad, a new offering on Flower Childs’ seasonal menu. Elites loved the flavor and texture of this salad. Next, a platter of Flying Avocado Wraps stuffed with turkey, gouda, romaine, tomatoes, and avocado hummus were brought out. Shortly after this course, luscious sides of Sweet and Sour Summer Squash and Heirloom Tomato & Watermelon salad were brought to the table. Elites thought they couldn’t possibly eat another bite until they saw what was for dessert – Vegan Pudding! Elites loved the creamy, rich texture. It is safe to say that everyone left this incredible lunch feeling revived and refreshed after their killer workout!
