On Thursday, March 8th, Phoenix elites were treated to a 5-star cocktail party at one of The Phoenician’s newest additions, Mowry & Cotton. The Fresh cocktails and unique bites dazzled and delighted elites. It was most definitely a memorable evening for all.
Elites pulled up to The Phoenician where they received complimentary valet parking and then descended a beautiful marble staircase to Mowry & Cotton. They were greeted with smiles by the Yelp team and entered a gorgeous space that was reserved just for us. The beautiful room was lined with colorful bottles and artwork, classy lighting, food stations, giveaways, and had both indoor and outdoor seating.
Guests were offered a signature cocktail; the Washington & 1st, consisting of Commerce gin, St. Germain Elderflower, Creme de Mure, blackberry, lime, black pepper, and thyme angostura bitters. Elites loved learning all about the drink and the history behind the name from the fabulous bartender. They were also offered beer and wine to enjoy throughout the evening.
Once elites had a drink in hand, they were treated to light bites consisting of assorted flatbreads, black garlic meatballs, bass tacos, toasted cauliflower bites, ahi tuna, wrapped dates, and more. Last but not least, servers brought out trays of mini desserts consisting of Lemon Meringue, Peanut Butter Bars, and S’mores Pie – oh my! Does a cocktail hour get much better than this?
Towards the end of the evening, the raffle winners were chosen. They were awarded prizes like a one night stay at The Phoenician and brunch for two at Mowry & Cotton. Yes, please! Every guest was sent home with their choice of a branding iron, apron, or wooden cutting board. The room was filled with smiles and joy as elites said their goodbyes and left this unforgettable evening.
