OKC Elites spent a marvelous time under the stars in the historic Farmers Market, sampling shops, food and drink as they hopped their way through the district, getting a card at each shop for a poker run. The historic Farmers Market district, recently revitalized and full of independent shops and restaurants. They started in Delmar Gardens, a delightful patio area and the site of a bustling food truck park on weekends. The Big Friendly served up fresh pints of Anthem Brewing Co. brew and saw the Elites off on their hop! One stop at The Loaded Bowl, OKC’s most well-known vegan restaurant for their legendary mac and cheese. Next up was The Okay See, where Elites played skee ball while watching owners Blake and Kyle make custom shirts for the occasion. The Power House served green chile stew and a specialty cocktail. The final stop at Rewind Pub was a sit-down for choice libations and their specialty sandwich, the grilled cheese donut. Winners of the poker run got goodie bags stuffed with prizes while they drank and played retro video games. When it comes to a poker run in the FM District, everybody won.
