A select group of Yelp Elite were chosen to dine with Executive Chef Christopher Gallo for a summer supper. Attendees enjoyed the industrially designed space with classic history, Masters was once a well remembered drag car shop. The revamped restaurant keeps its authentic character, and offered a warm and inviting dining experience for a lovely escape from the sun and sand. Menu items included seasonal, casual comfort food with an artisan’s twist!
Diners enjoyed Garam Masala Spiced Potato Gnocchi with Honey Roasted Figs and a House made Rosemary Lemon Ricotta for a delicious first course, followed by Pan Roasted White Seabass over Caramelized Carrot Puree and Melted Eggplant with a zing of Pickled Mustard Seeds. Dessert was an addictive Banana Bread Pudding with House-made Pecan Praline Ice Cream and each course was paired with a white wine perfect for the summer evening.
