Since 1970, Tio Pepe has kept a finger on the pulse of Spain’s latest fine dining trends. Instead of a fusion concept, the chefs at Tio Pepe prefer to perfect the intricacies of Spanish fare. And given that Tip Pepe has been in business for over 40 years in the Village, it’s safe to say they’ve created a bit of a legacy within the local community.
This past Tuesday evening, Manhattan Yelpers celebrating the fine Spanish fare of Tio Pepe with a fun lil’ cocktail party complete with passed small bites, several varietals of sangria, and perhaps the largest paella known to man. We’re not sure what the Guinness World Record is for the largest paella ever cooked, but this delicious beast could have definitely earned a consideration.
