Vintana Wine + Dine gave North County Yelp the Elite treatment on their 10,000 square foot patio, the space was draped in white, the fireplace glowed, the food and drinks flowed, the cabana's provided intimate VIP seating, and they even gave us the moon! A floating lighted orb lit the far end of the patio. Who could ask for more?! This is the new "it" venue, with perfect service and 5-star ambiance!
Chef Deborah Scott, her fantastic staff, and Cohn Family were on hand to assure NCSD Elite's had the perfect experience. Over 15 menu items were served, including a fry station serving the delectable Pacific Rock Shrimp & Sweet Corn Fritters (spiced maple + bacon creme fraiche) and the addicting Kung Pao Calamari (green & purple cabbage + peanuts + scallions + red bell peppers) As well as a grill station producing Skirt Quesidilla's (fontina + scallions + vietnamese chiles), Crab Cakes (grain mustard aioli + blackberry gastrique), and Tenderloin & Blackened Shrimp Skewers! It didn't end there, tray passed appetizers, flatbreads, and an array desserts didn't stop all night long! 
Every Elite had a libation in hand courtesy of our local vodka and vino sponsors. Venom Vodka served up a custom stinger with creme de menthe, super refreshing! They have an incredible local story and not to mention, a diamond hidden in a couple of bottles in the world. Dibs! They also generously gave away a bottle in our raffle. Orfila winery's friendly staff poured the delicious and popular Lotus Blend, a yelper favorite! Fallbrook Winery selected their smooth and crisp chardonnay-and the Elite that won a bottle of it was thrilled!
