Burrata House offered Yelp Elites some specialty entrees to enjoy, a beverage, and delicious tiramisu. Some of those specialties included their deliciously creamy pesto pasta, their cheesy Prosciutto panini, and their Bresaola Bowl. Their friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and overall great vibe created a fantastic experience! 

Burrata House offers a variety of Italian staple flavors, such as a bowl or panini. Get a classic hot panini or a bowl with your choice of protein or veggies like prosciutto, cotto, bresaola, turkey caprese, grilled veggies, or salmon. Are you feeling something on the cooler side? Try their cold plates with burrata cheese, arugula, balsamic dressing, olive oil, and your choice of protein. Of course, their hot pasta bowls to satisfy those cravings include their pesto pasta, pomodoro, or bolognese pasta.

But Burrata House is unique because of its use of fresh, imported ingredients and its delicious burrata cheese. Burrata is commonly known as a cousin of mozzarella for its creamy texture and soft flavors. However, the sweet and cloudy cheese encapsulates a pleasant surprise of creamy stracciatella wrapped inside its delicate mozzarella shell. The stracciatella cheese is now seen inside the ball of burrata and pairs amazingly with any bowl or panini dish.
