It’s impossible not to be charmed by both The Beatles and director Ron Howard. Now, the two have teamed up to create The Beatles: Eight Days A Week – The Touring Years, a new documentary all about the history of The Beatles through the lens of the group’s concert performances, from their early days playing small clubs in Liverpool and Hamburg to their unprecedented world tours in packed stadiums around the globe.
We’ve seen this documentary and it is a blast. It’s also the first feature-length documentary authorized by The Beatles since the band’s breakup in 1970, and features rare and never-before-seen archival footage of shows and interviews. Plus, a whole ton of amazing spots throughout London and England.
And so, we figured what better way to live a Beatles’ life than to ask the people who know it best. Check out our fantastic map below, filled with interesting tidbits and real Yelp reviews from real people who have checked out these famous spots. Then you too can live like a Beatle eight days a week.
