Louisville is blessed to have its own holiday season — Derby time, that is! And when this time comes around, it means that we need to become reacquainted with all things Derby. We’re talking bourbon, food, fashion, cigars, betting and more! The Yelp Louisville Elite Squad gathered at a special event at the spacious and luxurious Frankfort Avenue Coachhouse — a guest house and event space in a 100-year-old building — to do just that, with activities dedicated to Derby, spread out around the property. This included treats by Sweets by Millie, Baked and True North Catering; manicure demo by Frenchies Model Nail Care; wine by Old 502 Winery; fancy duds from Dillard’s; coffee by Fante’s Coffee; betting instructions from the Kentucky Derby Museum; cigars from Sanctuaire; and hats from C.K. Nobles.
