LA East Elites channeled their inner Beyonce, Michael Jackson, Ke$ha, Puff Daddy (or whatever he’s calling himself now), Metallica, Billie Holiday, Keith Urban, Madonna, and Taylor Swift for a night of rockstar mayhem on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Universal CityWalk.
Howl at the Moon welcomed guests with test tube shots to get the blood pumping… they then followed the intoxicating aroma outside to stuff themselves full of Marinate’s delicious honey basil chicken and Thai tofu vegan tacos on the venue’s gorgeous patio that overlooks CityWalk’s famous dancing water fountain. Inside, Yelpy cocktails like “Useful Margarita,” “Funny Jim,” and “Cool Mule” were at the ready at the bar, as well as scoops of lucuma, passion fruit, and pistachio-flavored small-batch ice cream and sorbets from Helados POPS Ice Cream. Once everyone was satiated and a wee bit buzzed, the entertainment portion of the evening kicked off; Yelpers sang, danced, and howled as versatile and talented musicians performed requested songs —everything from 80’s rock, 90’s pop, and today’s dance hits on pianos, guitars, and more in one high energy show! The killer costumes were captured and live forever on the Internet now thanks to Photo Booth Millionaire’s unique photo-generating full-length mirror and red carpet setup.
