It’s Haute for the Holidays for Elite Yelpers in the 415!

San Francisco yelpers made their way over to picturesque Marina to Bare by Tru or a Haute for the Holidays night full of pampering, fantastic wine, incredible desserts, and of course wonderful yelpers. Bare by Tru is a result of this unparalleled experience combined with the visionary environment of Chris Kofitsas. Walking into Bare by Tru's stunning wood lined lobby, guests were able to sign up for mini facials, threadng, and waxing treatments. Jackie G was thoroughly impressed with her treatment: "My threading experience with the Bare by Tru staff was pure magic. She used those strings like a violin, gently playing the tune of a tried-and-true hair removal method."

While guests waited for their miniature spa treatments, they were able to sample phenomenal wines from both Harrington Wine and A Cellar Full of Noise. Bryan Harrington from Harrington Wines poured an impressive array of varietals during the evening. All of Harrington Wines are produced in an artisinal manner, preserving the quality of Harringotn's outstanding wine. Harrington's tasting room is located in San Francisco and their wines can be found in a slew of great restaurants and stores. A Cellar Full of Noise hailing from Paso Roblel is born from James B. Judd and Eric R. Álvarez, who wanted to throw off the traditional stuffiness of fine wine and attract new wine enthusiasts to try their exciting, but often unfamiliar varietals. A Cellar Full of Noise produces high-quality, affordable premium red wines.and their packaging is emboldened with unique artwork that celebrates the happiness and good times that accompany their fine wine. Attendees were delighted by both wineries' varietals.  

And nothing pairs more beautifully with fine red wine than organic dark chocolate. Ben from Benchic Chocolates brought his homemade and sinfully delicious, and yet also healthy chocolates to the event and guests were blown away by them. Benchic chocolates are made from 6 all natural ingredients and nothing else. They're masterfully created by Ben himself from raw cacao powder and butter, raw almonds, raw wild honey, goji berries, and lacuma. Yelpers like Jane K were excited to learn that they can learn more about the art of making natural and organic chocolate from Ben's chocolate craft making classes. In addition to chocolatey bliss was Kathy's from Doll's Kitchen's buttery and divine rugelach. Kathy's incredible chocolate/raspberry and apricot/raisin rugelach bites were devoured excitedly by guests. Diana B was smitten by them: "To me, it looked like a fig newton but tasted much better!"  And of course what ends a San Francisco evening better than a creamy bowl of pumpkin Frozen Kushterd topped with graham cracker crumble. Frozen custard is a cold dessert similar to ice cream, made with eggs in addition to cream and sugar. Jason from Frozen Kushterd has always made it his goal to  create the highest quality frozen custard with a commitment to using the freshest, richest, and creamiest natural, organic ingredients in his superb cold and creamy concoctions.

It was unanimously agreed to be a glorious evening full of as Jane K eloquently put it: "Free beauty services at an amazing spa, sweat treats, flowing wine and one awesome DJ spinning the tunes? Yes, please!"
