In collaboration with Ravinia Business District's Third Thursday shopping series, Yelp's Hugh & Me North Shore Movie Tour made its final stop in Highland Park and reopened, for one magical night, the now closed Shelton's diner where Tom Cruise acted in the diner scene from Risky Business. The entire District celebrated its place in movie history and participating businesses came up with special '80's themed in-store promotions and entertainment while Yelp served up 150 free ice cream sundaes and enjoyed hearing stories from the past among those who frequented the original diner throughout the years. More than 200 community members came out from near and far to enjoy the evening, and Shelton's closed its doors for one last time. Photos from the night can be viewed on Flickr.
