Executive Chef Brad Kent (“The Pizza Whisperer”), flew in from Los Angeles to meet Tucson Yelp Elite and share the story behind Blaze. Yelpers were also graciously treated to a sampling of their houses salads, the BYO (build your own) Pizza and a decadent trio of dessert! What makes these pizzas exceptionally special is how Blaze makes its own dough from scratch using a recipe developed by Chef Brad, which requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce his signature light-as-air, crisp crust. It doesn’t end there– Blaze is dedicated to ensuring the true freshness and authenticity of their ingredients.
