As part of Yelp’s Culture Club, Yelp Baltimore Elites were taken on a special date including fine dining from Blacksauce Kitchen, samples of Deep Eddy Vodka, and tickets to an award-winning play at CENTERSTAGE!
Date Night was on Yelp this Friday, as Elites transitioned from 'office drab' to 'evening fab' for a night on the town!
As part of Yelp's Culture Club, CENTERSTAGE hosted an Elite-only reception prior to the evening production of "Clybourne Park," a Pulitzer-prize winning play and an answer to "A Raisin in The Sun." A dozen crystal chandeliers lit an intimate space tucked behind the seats in one of the playhouse's auditorium and Elites mixed and mingled below.

The famed Blacksauce Kitchen catered the affair with their fantastic cuisine complete with southern flare, while Deep Eddy Vodka wet their whistles with some of the smoothest, organic vodka around.
"Can we please add a 6th star for this event?! AH-MAY-ZING!" Kara F exclaims.
With a menu that included Smoked Pork and Pickled Onion Empanadas, Arugula w/ Grilled Mangoes and Agave Lime Dressing, roasted Mushroom Bread Pudding w/ Thyme Butter, Wood Grilled Ramps, and Miniature Cider Braised Chicken Biscuits, "Blacksauce Kitchen did NOT disappoint," she insists.

"The food was awesome from the mango salad to the chicken biscuits to the empanadas," Renee B co-signs, along with Jay L, who couldn't believe his tastebuds at first: "What surprised me was the beet salad. I am not usually a fan of beets, but the beets were roasted and prepared so perfectly, I had seconds."
Also scoring points with Elites as a suprising new favorite: Deep Eddy Vodka!
"The John Daily and the Shoreline cocktails with Deep Eddy Vodka was a great choice to break the ice as we circulated among the Elites and their dates," says Shawn C. He loved that this event was all about "bringing opportunity for class, cooth, and culture for the Yelp Elite-dom."

"Every time I see a play (at CENTERSTAGE) I'm always blown away. 'Clybourne Park' was no exception," Kara F confesses. "I laughed and I loved. Very well-written, but most importantly, well-acted. I was like a kid leaning forward and engaged from the moment the lights turned on until the final bow."
The perfect stage for a memorable evening…
Until the next time…
