Elites enjoyed a private tour of the new Wild Encounters program at the OKC Zoo and Botanical Gardens. Every Elite had the opportunity to feed a giraffe, feed the stingrays and pet a baby elephant. But perhaps everyone’s favorite was playing the role of sea lion trainer! Every Elite got to give the sea lions training cues and feed them. We even got to have our hands “booped” by the sea lions after they jumped out of the water on command.
A private tram shuttled us throughout the zoo as our tour guide pointed out the sights along the way. We ended the day at the zoo’s education center, where the Director of Education let us get up close and personal with a ball python, an armadillo and a monitor lizard. And while these aspects were undoubtedly very VIP, it’s important to note that the new Wild Encounters program is open to all! Elites enjoyed every minute of our day at the zoo, as you can see in these five star reviews and photos!
