They built their own custom 11-inch pies, choosing from 40+ fresh, artisanal toppings and played pizza trivia for prizes. What makes these pizzas exceptionally special is how Blaze makes its own dough from scratch using a recipe developed by Executive Chef Bradford Kent, which requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce his signature light-as-air, crisp crust.
